With this in mind, we offer you the ticketing service you're familiar with, but in a version designed for training and practice. It's an environment conducive to learning and skills development. It allows users to familiarize themselves with the platform and carry out a series of exercises without fear of affecting your database or your results.

This "playground" is located on Horizon, on the Cloud version. However, your ticketing system doesn't have to already be in the Cloud to take advantage of it. All you have to do is download and install the application. And to give you the freedom to play, we've packed this playground with :

• 3 theatres ;
• 2 shows ;
• Parking lots;
• Gift cards;
• A few fictional customers.

Users can then make sales, add customers, issue refunds and all other basic cashier tasks. Every day, this database is reset to zero! There's no need to manually undo everything that's been done in this training environment. And this playground is completely safe. Everything is configured to prevent you from putting something online by mistake, or sending an e-mail to a real customer. In short, it's a well-defined environment, and nothing leaves the training ticket counter.
