I'm not telling you anything new when I say that school classes can be a very interesting clientele for any presenter. Not only do they allow you to liven up your venue by presenting shows during the day, they're also an excellent way of developing tomorrow's clientele.

With this in mind, Ovation has developed a module to help you manage and welcome school groups.

You'll find the training link for this module a little further down, but here's a quick summary of the benefits it can offer you and interested classes. 

1. Self-service bookings : Teachers or schools can make their own online bookings at a time that suits them best.
2. Time optimization : Freed from this task, you'll be able to attend to other, more productive functions rather than taking these reservations.
3. In-room positioning : A function enables confirmed reservations to be transferred, automatically or not, to numbered seats on the performance seating plan.
4. Simplified conciliation : Each reservation processed automatically generates an account receivable, which is associated with your general ledger account number.
5. A successful welcome : You can print out and give each group the plan and/or a list of the seats allocated to them for representation, giving them more autonomy if desired.
