We are pleased to announce that phase 2 of the donation system has been successfully completed. This means that you can now exclude a performance from the donation collection or link a fundraising activity to a specific performance.
In practical terms, this gives you more flexibility if, for example, you have an amateur show where you do not want to display donation options, you are renting a venue, or you are planning an activity with an artist or group that already has its own charity.
Configuring these new options
We will prepare an explanatory video that will be posted in the CLIENT ZONE on our website, along with the other training videos. In the meantime, here is a brief explanation of the procedure.
- InFundraising Activities under the Charity tab, you must check the box " Only offered if linked to a representation ". This will allow you to associate this activity with a representation or exclude it.
- In the performance where you wish to exclude or associate a specific activity, you will need to go to the second page of the Basic Data tab. To do this, use the Next Page button in the lower right-hand corner.
- At the very bottom of this second page, you will see a new item, Fundraising Activity. In this drop-down menu, you will have three options:
- All except activities only offered by representation. This is the default option, which displays all current activities that are not checked.
- No funding activity.
- You will then see a list of each of the activities where you have checked " Only offered if linked to a representation . If no activity has this status, you will only see the first two options.
