Phase 1 reports completed!

* This article has been translated with a translation tool.

Today I am pleased to announce that Phase 1 of the reports has been successfully completed. You will find all the reprogrammed reports in the Reports 3.0 tab in Ovation. This phase includes the following changes:

  1. 1. Programming of all reports in the new structure;
  2. Creation of the first visual reports;
  3. Bringing together reports, analyses and lists in a single menu;
  4. Merging similar reports or reports with a common sorting factor;
  5. Generate new names for all reports;
  6. Create a document containing the correspondence between the old and new names of each of the reports and their respective definitions;
  7. Integrate the definitions into the presentation of each report.

All this is already available to you via the Report 3.0 menu. If you don't have access to it, we'll help you activate it.

What does the next phase involve?

Now that this first phase has been completed, here's what's in store for phase 2:

  1. Adding tags to each report;
  2. Creating a search tool;
  3. A preview of the report (a quick view to see the columns included and the type of information it contains);
  4. The Favourites option, which will allow you to add the reports you use regularly in a quick access.
  5. Addition of a number of graphical reports.

To ease the transition, we'll be adding this menu, while keeping the reports already in Ovation. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with this new structure, which is destined to replace the previous one.

Of course, changing habits is no easy task, but we're confident that this transition will make it easier for you to find information and integrate new employees.

Thanks and talk to you soon,
