As mentioned in one of our previous communications, we’ve made a number of graphical reports available to you in the Reports 3.0 section, which has just been added to your ticketing service. In the Performance report, we’ve just made an addition that will benefit Marketing Cloud users.
As the name suggests, this report gives you the return on your sales for a given show, taking into account cachet and expenses. This report allows you to keep a close eye on the profitability of each show.
The interface now lets you easily launch a promotional campaign for shows whose sales are performing a little less well than expected. Obviously, the aim is to make up any shortfall and maximise sales for each show concerned.
To launch the tour, simply select the show you want to promote and click on the “ PROMOTE " button. This is in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. The first message should be sent within the hour.
