I'd like to make it clear that only our web customer service closes at 4.30pm, allowing us to handle the last calls by 5pm. Officially, Ovation<\/em> is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm<\/strong> to assist you.<\/p>

This confusion was caused by our telephone message. We have therefore amended it by moving the closing time to 4.30pm in the section specifically for web customers, with more information on call returns.<\/p>
